Well, it has been a busy fall and early winter for us here
at One:Eight productions. We
premiered our first documentary, The
Beloved: A Story of the Hmong people, Oct. 16th at a beautiful banquet
hosted by Leadership Worth Following, llc, honoring the main character of the
story, Father Nghia Cao, for his work in Vietnam. We finally finished production of our first round of DVDs,
which are now ready for purchase in our online store!
As for the future here at One:Eight, Dustin Miller of our
team is currently planning on returning to Sapa in late January to continue
filming the conditions of the Hmong for an extended edition that could be
released as early as summer 2010 but nothing definite at this point. We don’t, currently, have any stories
